Why This Resource Exists
Kentucky makes many custody and court records available through public agencies, but no single office answers every release question. Montgomery County Regional Jail maintains the local booking-and-release record. The Kentucky Department of Corrections operates KOOL and publishes Daily Releases for state offenders. Kentucky VINE supplies custody notifications, while the Division of Probation and Parole supervises many people after physical release. Federal release information belongs in the Bureau of Prisons system.
This site organizes those record paths, official locators, supervision checks, and request steps. It also explains the limits of each source. A missing current-roster result does not by itself prove release, and a court order does not always show the later physical exit time.

Only the agency holding the person or creating the record can give an official status. This site can identify the likely source, but confirmation must come from that office.
